More than 10 years ago Berlinagenten CEO Henrik Tidefjard founded one of the foremost lifestyle tour agencies in Europe. Berlinagenten has been a success story from day one and it’s important to share your values and experiences with the world and help young aspiring founders to find inspiration for the careers that lie in front of them.

At the Junior Chamber Club (a sub-organization of the Swedish chamber of commerce) in Düsseldorf, Germany, Henrik held a speech in front of JCC members, ambitious founders, interested parties, career experts, company representatives and board members. He advised them to look beyond their framing, to find their own path in a world where so much already seems to have been achieved. To not be envious of someone else’s success but to live and give life to the fullest, so the world can benefit from your energy and you can benefit from the world’s energy.
